Privacy policy

The operator and controller of personal data is CZAJKOWSKI MASZYNY Sp. z o.o., Sokołowo 1C, 87-400 Golub-Dobrzyń, NIP: 5030079262, REGON: 364665016, tel.: 56 683 60 52, e-mail: kontakt@uprawapasowa.pl (hereinafter the “Operator”).

The website obtains information about users and their behaviour in the following ways:

• through data voluntarily entered in the contact form,
• through cookies stored on the user's end device,
• through server logs collected by the hosting operator.

By completing the “Order STK” form, you provide your data voluntarily. We collect: first and last name, phone number, e-mail address and — if you provide them — customer type, farm area, tractor power, type of crops and the content of your message. We also record the timestamp of the enquiry.

Purpose and legal basis. We process the data for the purpose of handling your enquiry and commercial contact — on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps towards concluding a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (the Operator's legitimate interest in conducting correspondence and marketing its own products).

Data recipients. The form submission is forwarded to the Operator's sales representatives by e-mail and saved in a Google spreadsheet. In this respect we use Google services (Gmail and Google Sheets) as a processor. Data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Retention period. We store the data for the time necessary to handle the enquiry and conduct commercial correspondence, and then for the period required by law or until an effective objection is raised.

In connection with the processing of your data, you have the right to:

• access your data and receive a copy of it,
• rectification (correction) of your data,
• erasure of your data,
• restriction of processing,
• data portability,
• object to processing,
• lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).

The website uses cookies (so-called “cookies”) — small text files stored on the user's end device. The entity placing cookies and accessing them is the Operator and its trusted partners. We use three categories of cookies:

• Essential — they ensure the basic functioning of the site, form handling and remembering your cookie preferences. They cannot be disabled.
• Analytical — they help understand how you use the site, in an aggregated and anonymous way (e.g. Google Analytics).
• Marketing — they enable video playback (YouTube) and the matching of content and ads to your interests (including the Google network).

We activate analytical and marketing cookies only after you have given your consent in the cookie banner. You can change your consent at any time using the cookie settings button available in the corner of the page.

By default, your web browser allows cookies to be stored — you can change this in its settings, including completely blocking or deleting cookies. Restricting cookies may affect some functions of the website.

Using the website involves sending requests to the server. The following may be recorded at server level, among others: IP address, the time the request arrived and the response was sent, the URL, information about the browser and errors. This data is used solely to administer the server and ensure smooth operation and is not associated with specific individuals.

Data is disclosed to external entities only within the limits permitted by law. Data enabling the identification of a natural person is disclosed only with that person's consent. The Operator may be obliged to provide information collected by the website to authorised bodies on the basis of lawful requests.
